Prawns in Black Pepper Sauce are large, juicy prawns cooked in a rich, aromatic black pepper sauce. Bold, slightly spicy, and best enjoyed hot with steamed rice or noodles.

- CAP IBU Crushed Black Pepper
- CAP IBU Chinese Fried Rice Seasoning Paste
Ingredients:
- 350 g prawns
- 1 tsp CAP IBU Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 large chili peppers (red/green)
- cooking oil
- 150 ml water
- 2 tbsp CAP IBU Oriental Fried Rice Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
How to Cook:
- Heat some cooking oil and sauté 1 onion (sliced) until fragrant.
- Add 4 large chili peppers (2 red, 2 green, sliced) and 1 tsp CAP IBU Crushed Black Pepper, cook until slightly softened.
- Add 350 g large prawns and cook until half done.
- In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients: 2 tbsp CAP IBU Oriental Fried Rice Seasoning Paste, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, and 150 ml water.
- Pour the sauce into the prawns and cook until fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
