Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken
- 2½ tbsp CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning Paste
- ½ sdt CAP IBU White Pepper Ground
- 2 thumb-sized pieces of ginger (5-6 cm)
- 3 pcs shiitake mushroom
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 pcs jujube (optional)

How to Cook:
- Finely chop 2 thumb-sized pieces of ginger (5-6 cm), squeeze to extract the juice, and set aside.
- Slice 2–3 shiitake mushrooms and set aside.
- Marinate 500 g chicken pieces with 2 tbsp CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning, ½ tsp ground pepper, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and the extracted ginger juice.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing sliced scallions (green part), the chopped ginger pulp, and ½ tbsp CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning. Pour hot oil over the mixture and stir well.
- Steam the chicken together with large scallions pieces and jujube (optional) until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken with the dipping sauce and enjoy while warm.
